Creamy, dairy-free, nut-free cheesy perfection!
Ricotta can be enjoyed on it’s own or can be used in sweet and savoury dishes.
200gr firm tofu
1/2 tsp vanilla extract or powder
1/2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsps of maple syrup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 & 1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 tbsps lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
cracked black pepper to taste
- Break the tofu into pieces and add in to a food-processor/blender.
- Along with all of the remaining ingredients.
- Blend until smooth. (If ricotta is too thick add a couple tablespoons of water)
