Hummus al pesto | Pesto hummus

Ingredients 

2 cans of chickpeas, drained & rinsed (400gr each)

juice of 1 lemon

1 large handfull of fresh basil

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

1 tbsp tahini

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp nutmeg

black pepper to taste

1/3 cup of water

Method

  1. Add everything into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth or you can leave it a little bit chunky.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
