Ricotta di tofu | Tofu ricotta



serves 2-3

Creamy, dairy-free, nut-free cheesy perfection!

Ricotta can be enjoyed on it’s own or can be used in sweet and savoury dishes.


200gr firm tofu


1/2 tsp vanilla extract or powder

1/2 tbsp of lemon juice

1 tbsps of maple syrup


1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1 & 1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1 tbsps lemon juice

1/4 tsp salt

cracked black pepper to taste


  1. Break the tofu into pieces and add in to a food-processor/blender.
  2. Along with all of the remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth. (If ricotta is too thick add a couple tablespoons of water)
  4. Enjoy!
